Great location, Friendly staff, Clean warm rooms. Shame about the loss of the Bar and restaurant.

Excellent location for the ski lifts just a few meters from the ski room. Rooms were warm and very clean and the staff were exceptional! You get a parking space and a heated ski locker. For us it was a plus that they were dog friendly.

There is no Bar or restaurant as advertised. The bread delivery on the website doesn’t work, you have to go to the boulangerie which is closed on a Monday. There’s no shop within the apartment complex for even the most basic provisions which becomes a bit of a pain when you are snowed in and the road is closed. The sauna is out of order too.

Overal experience 9 of 10 and definitely consider return in some years.

It was clean and calm, with very pleasant service. To stay with a family you will find everything you need. 2 toilets in 2 rooms, covered parking with trolleys, to move baggage, piscine, wellness, and great surrounding with many options for easy and as well difficult hiking. SUI 15 min, Mont Blanc, 25 min! Only think about the fact, that closest bakery is 10 min by car! Out of season is closed bar, but there is one hidden, behind the site.

If you plan to go for longer, don't forget to take your toilet paper and bags for rubbish, as there is a limit, odes not matter, how long you stay. As well salt, coffee, etc... The only thing we missed, but was not urgent is a small swimming pool with warm water for kids. Big one was 26 degrree what is good for active swimming.

Swiming pool and sauna was the best.

The attitue of the manager. Very strict woman, not pleasant. That woman bring bad atmosphere. Because of her we felt like students at school.

Good place to stay

Easy to reach Chamonix with by (frequently circulating) train. Nice restaurant behind the railway station. Station at 200 m. Nice mountain view. Super good facilities. Parking available. Staff helpful. Received free train tickets.

Bathroom smell bit like mold. Main entrance door of the hotel broken. Not too many options for dinner in the area.

nice but confusing check in

location, quiet, laundry room, travel card

booking says check in 17-19 when it is actually 15-18:30. they are even sending msg with this info that check in after 5pm. We arrived at 6:40pm, arranging all day to come on time and were asked (physically by staff who was still there) to come next day after 8:30 when we had plans already... that was frustrating. please change it!

Quiet outside. Nespresso. Hot pool. Quickly to Switzerland, 20 min to Chamonix. Free Mont Blanc Express tickets. Large apartment and big terrace (we had a penthouse i think)

Thin walls - you can hear everything from neighbors. Some minor things like you have to assemble a requested baby cot at 2 am when you arrived, checkout at 10, lift from parking did not work for our last 3 days…

I like apartment setup, location, staff attitude as well as underground parking.

The only thing I didn’t like that they only provide us with only once we checked in with toilet paper and when I requested more they told me that they only provide each apartment only once per stay.

Great parking facility. Trolleys to take luggage to rooms. Ski room was easy access from car park and very good drying space and lockers. Secure. The accommodation was superb. Everything had been thought about and very comfortable and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and so helpful. One of the best places we’ve stayed and would definitely return.

Minor detail really but TV wouldn’t connect to the phone to stream but we did have a laptop to connect to. Could have been phone

Great facilities, large living space, ideal location for Le Tour and Les Grand Montets. Love it!

Ideally located for Le Tour and Les Grand Montets, and Chamonix town centre is only a 24 minutes drive or you can use the free hourly train. The Ski lift is literally at the end of the Hotel, however we chose to drive to Le Tour for our early morning lessons. The Pool and Steam Room was excellent, very clean and a great size. We really like the under water jets. Note you will need to bring a spare towel. Rooms were a good size and the living room/kitchen with wrap-around balcony was huge. Great facilities and full set of utensils in the Kitchen, it had everything we needed. Parking was also fantastic, a massive 3 level, underground car park with the Boot room ideally located by the exit to load-up in the mornings. There's also lift access throughout the entire hotel, which was great for tired legs. Breakfast was OK, but simple (continental) it was better and cheaper to self cater and stock-up at Carrefour just outside Chamonix city centre. Dinner at the Bar/Cafe was excellent, great quality, choice and a friendly service, we used it 3 out of the 6 days of our stay. Reception was also very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

The hot water was temperamental, we're guessing when all the guests arrive back, due to demand, they deplete the hotwater before it has a chance to replenish. More than one occasion we had to wait 30 - 60 mins for the hotwater to return. Not any fault of the hotel, but if anyone suffers from travel sickness, make sure the little ones look out of the window for the twisty, hair-pin bend roads.

Very Good

Good location not too far from Chamonix, and quiet. You receive free tickets for the train that takes you directly to Chamonix so you do not need to use your car during your stay. We also got a nice price because it was off-season. The apartment is very cozy and spacious, perfect for trips in groups. They provide a cleaning kit for the kitchen that is really useful.

Facilities could use an update (especially the pool and jacuzzi), but nonetheless, everything was in okay condition, and above all it was clean.

Very short stopover, but impressed with the accommodation and location.

Beautiful spot just outside of Chamonix. Great restaurant on site. We only stayed overnight but would consider returning for longer.

My family and I spent 5 nights at the resort in early July. The view, the pool, the restaurant, on-site parking and the friendly staff made our stay pleasurable.

A nice hotel in beautiful location. Good for families. Lacks a couple of smaller details.

Nice hotel, pleasant atmosphere with good facilities. Nice bathrooms with baths and the pool area was good for the children to play. Good location near the station.

The only thing I can criticise is the beds were not particularly comfortable especially the sofa bed and the pillows were so soft we needed to prop them up. We all found it hard to get comfy at night.

Refreshing stay at beautiful nature. Spacious apartments with own bathroom for each bedroom.

Beautiful place for escape to nature. Roomy elegant apartments with number of bathrooms corresponding to number of bedrooms. Excellent walking choices. Nice size swimming pool. Enjoyed most our morning coffees at the balcony with a breathtaking views of the mountains and the river sound.
